The RSX 5000 came with poly bushings, but the RS comes with cheapo rubber bushings. The only Energy Suspension poly bushings I can find are half the thickness of the rubber ones. FYI Rancho, I want poly ;) I have those poly bushings on there now, but I'm thinking the ride would be better with the thicker bushings?

I looked at the Energy Suspension size chart & found one which is almost the same size as the rubber bushings & ordered from amazon. The boxes say that they are the correct part number that I ordered, but they look exactly like what I already purchased  Guess I'll be making my first return to amazon.

What have ya'll who are running RS5000s used for bushings?

I dont think you will tell any difference with bushing thickness, IMO.

You will tell the difference between poly and rubber.

If the polys are to thin to tighten. Use extra washers.

I didnt know the rs had rubber. I have the rsx now. They have a silicone-poly.

Can you reuse the ones from your rsx shocks?

I think I can use the old red poly bushings from my RSXs, they aren't too beat up and I kept them (and the dead shocks) when I put the new ones on.
