I can't say that I am too impressed by their customer service. I emailed Rick Franco in regards to my order of the set of RSX shocks and he seems to be a little bit of a wiseass. We shall see how it goes from here on out as to whether or not I can suggest doing business with them or not.:angry :

Same here... Bought my RSX's from Sams just a couple weeks ago. I ran into a problem with the bank draft though. Wound up having to put on a credit card. Said the bank draft (check) deal was new and hadn't quite figured it out yet. A couple phone conversations & exchange of e-mails with Rick proved to be helpful and professional. Got em within a week and a 1/2 from ordering.

Granted, I ordered them on a friday afternoon. I guess I am used to hearing more from customer service when I order from a website and I also like to be very (or try to be) cautious when ordering off of the internet.

Hey sorry to hear that Raym2. My service w/ Samsoffroad was very good. Very professional and a very quick response. I too ordered on line but when recieved the wrong part was in the box that was labeled right. Called Sams and they sent me new ones right away. Even before I shipped theirs back.

Raym2, I understand your concern. I was a little weary on the lack of email notifications and such from SamsOffRoad that seem to be the norm with e-commerce these days. I ordered some RSX shocks for my '01 ST about a month ago and they arrived with no problems, the right parts and everything.



My experience with them was good. I hope it all works out well for you too.
