Ok. It'll be 2 weeks dince I ordered the RSX's and still haven't got them yet. I emailed them about a week and a half ago and they said that as soon as the card was verified they would process & ship them and that they would only contact me if there was a need. Any suggestions? Don't want to make em mad or I'll never get them.

Cancel the order and order from another vendor. I don't beg anyone to take my money and if this is an example of their service then you would probably be doing yourself a huge favor by doing business elsewhere.

Keep in mind it might be Rancho. I'm finding a few of my vendors don't have the product in stock. Sparco, Hawk and Husky Liner to name a few this week.

I ordered 4 Rancho's a few weeks back and had great service with no delivery problems. I would give them a call to see what the issue is.

Just got off the phone and they said that for some reason the warehouse didn't send them out when they should have but they are going out today and should havem in 3 or 4 business days.
