Hey I posted a little while back about my front shock falling off.

Well I took it in and told them I needed the same on put back on, Monroe Reflex, but the put the Monroe sensatrac on.

So I have the sensatrac on the front passenger and Reflex on everything else.

What is the difference and do I need it changed to be right ASAP?

Its our only vehicle right now, so an afternoon without it will have to be planned. Thanks!

It might be a little odd in certain bumpy driving situations, but you probably won't notice it in normal driving. They need to make it right, though. It could react differently than you would expect in an emergency situation.

Thanks, I called and they said they could do it tomorrow for me. He was amazed and swore I had sensatracks. I dont get it, the sensatracks are black and the rest of my reflex shocks are silver with a sticker on them that says reflex. Oh well, at least they can do it soon.

you definetly need the same type of shock from right to left... front to back is not as big of a deal, but having two different kinds right from left is not ok.

You should also ask them for a partial refund as compenstion for screwing this up to begin with, and for all of your wasted time following up on their error.

A big DITTO on that...
