This guy was born, raised and educated in what it means to be a "coon-ass" (true cajun).  He was prepared.He told me that what you are seeing on tv is the stupidist of the stupid people that live there.  He said that the silver lining is that all of these people will now be gone forever.  Texas will be their new home. Much of the city will be leveled and bare for some time to come, but after about three months of draining, there will be an economic boom that hasn't been seen in years.  He said there are three types of people in N.O......the ones you are seeing on tv begging, the survivors, and the thrivers.  The thrivers are going to see where the $$$ is going and will make the most of it to rebuild for the betterment of those that want to recover.buzz</blockquote>
