I had to create a new account cause the site won't let me login. I've emailed the site admin but haven't heard back. Says my username or password is wrong but it's saved in my browser so I know it's right. When I click on email password reminder, I get an internal error. Is anybody else having trouble? Can anybody help?

I can't get into my main account and can't get any response from the website email. The "email password reminder" button doesn't work and only produces an internal server error. It let me create this new account though so I guess I'm stuck using it. I'm not sure who is the admin but if anybody knows, can you shoot them a message and tell them to contact me please. Thanks.

This message has been at the top of the page for some time now. Confusing, but as long as it says I'm logged in under the Post a Reply line, I'm good.

My password is stored in my browser and hasn't changed and it just quit working a day or so ago on my account I've had for years. The site all of a sudden tells me that my username or password is incorrect. There has to be an error in the server that validates passwords or mine got messed up somehow. Nothing works and nobody from the site will contact me. Very frustrating.

There could be a problem with your computer (file that stores user IDs or encrypted passwords is corrupted, browser hinky, etc).



You don't note whether you have tried entering your User ID and password manually.

I have tried everything manually and every password possible and nothing works for that account. Nothing on the site works to help me recover my password and no admins will contact me. I guess I'm just stuck using a new account and hope that one keeps working.

I recently had to keep signing in on every post. During the same session. I have my preferences set to never log me out. Some have had trouble with pic uploads and getting to their library. had trouble with looking at others library awhile back. The server kept sending me to my library.

I think they changed servers awhile back..That seems when all the problems started.

who did you email, We have nothing



ALL Remember this site works on cookies. So if you block them or have weird setting for them the site will act up.



ALSO logging in and out clearing cookies every now and then is healthy for your computer and this site.



I run the site on 5 different computers and 3 phones. I have no issues.

I emailed info at mysporttrac.com. Several times. No response. I also emailed admin at mysporttrac.com. My other account which I've had for years just all of a sudden quit letting me login. I haven't changed anything on my computer. One morning I could login and then a few hours later, it wouldn't let me. I know my username and password but now it says it's wrong. It's for my waldrepstacy at gmail.com account. I'm writing the email addresses that way cause I'm not sure if the site allows me to type an email address. Help me get back into it please.

I just emailed you Todd Z. I just tried clearing my cookies and I did have a few in there from this site. I then shut down my browser and tried logging in again with my other account and it still told me that "Your email address and/or password did not match an entry in the member database. You can post as a guest by not using a password." I think something with my account has gotten messed on your servers or something. I don't know. All I know is I didn't change my password and one minute it worked and then a couple of hours later it doesn't. Any help would be much appreciated.

I got it. Not sure what happened. After the 3rd time trying clearing cookies and history, it worked. Not sure by I'm fine now. Thanks for the suggestion.
