when you have a non-smoking workplace the smokers are on break an awful lot.

...even before they make the change, we can only smoke during the designated breaks that everybody gets. We can't just go have a smoke whenever. We get a 15 min morning break, a 30 min lunch, and a 10 min afternoon break...just the same as the non-smokers.
