TomT, Having not seen the movie & do not plan on doing so, from the promos I have seen I find it hard to see how that movie can get best picture. But I can see how the movie Cars might get best picture.

If you live in a town on Route 66, the story hits closer to home and has a much more profound effect than if you don't. I loved the movie Cars.

Black Magic, My point exactly. As we have been to cross country 2x to Louisville from Sacramento you get a really good perspective on what super highways have done to by-pass really neat little towns across the U.S.
