Bought a Camper shell and had to remove it.

In like new condition.

Freddy,

I used outdoor Velcro on mine, This way when i take off the cap I can put the visor back on...



The visor has not come off in car washes or driving 80 MPH with the rear window open or closed..

Just a thought..

Are you able to remove your shell by yourself?

I was wondering how heavy they are.

Really need 2 people.... 1 person can do it, but if you slip or something, you will damage the truck, cap or hurt your self...

I did mine once my self... Probably never again..



I think my cab is around 175 or so...
