Splash Guards

Anyone install splash guards on their sport trac? I bought a pair of Ford splash guards for the rear and I am installing them this weekend. Any helpful hints would be appreciated. One thing I did notice is that it looks like there will be some drilling required. Anyone know if I will have to pull the tires off for the installation?

We took the rear tires off for easy access to install them. I think we ended up drilling a small starter hole in each one b/c the holes did not line up exactly.



edit.. just noticed you have an 07. Mine is an 04.

Not sure on an 07.. But there was a project that was done for the older sport tracs.. Dont know if that will help.

I put my set of four Husky mudguards on my '07 last weekend. I didn't take the tires off-- had no problems and got-r-done in about 40 minutes.

I put 4 husky mudguards on my 07, I think 2 of the holes lined up perfectly. I think I drilled a third.
