Took a few scrap tires to the landfill today and weighed in and out. EMPTY, with almost no gas, was a whopping 4580 lbs ! ! I had a 1953 F250 flatbed, made out of STEEL, that only weighed 4180 lbs! Phew, no wonder the MPG aren't any better than they are!!

Lucky mine is about 4950 with me, a passenger and an 1/8th of a tank of gas. I have seen it as high as 6200 but have probably had it loaded to 7000 before. That would also help explain why the stock shocks provided such an unstable ride.

My 2001 Job II was 4815 and my 2003 was 4850..

Both loaded and 4X4's.
