Starting my Audio project.. (dialup beware)

So I have these three 10" VT (Virtual Technologies) Subs and a 200x2 amp left over from my last car. The subs run at 3 ohm.... I've been wondering what to do with the Trac Audio for a while. So far I've only replaced all the door speakers with Polk's. (has a factory sub) I think I've figured it out. I got a probox single 10"box for under the rear seat that I'm going to run with a mono 200watt amp. It’s on the way, waiting on shipping. I also plan on putting a JD dual box behind the seat with the 200x2 below. Saving up the money for the jd box, I can't buy everything at once like some of you ballers. (The JD box is on the Christmas list though, lol) Here's a couple pics of the under the seat box, amp, and sub. Couple more in my library. I'll keep ya'll updated as I go.

Damn dude, get that sh*t together and get it thumping!!!! Nothing worse than audio equipment sitting around getting dusty! Just kidding. I have a buttload of speakers (all different sizes), I just have to figure out what to do with them yet. Wait till you have the box from Jacob. They are awsome.

Have you added sound deadening to the truck anywhere?



Do you have anymore info on those subs? I've never heard of them.

What do you guys do for storage? When you load the back and under your seats with speakers? I'm just curious, cause I have the factory sub and I'm looking for somewhere to stash stuff.

My amps are in the storage compartment and my underseat is totally clear.

Ian, I have a bag (from a portable DVD player) that I keep the jack, handles, and other stuff in. I put that under the 40 part of the back seat.

JD-much obliged. The VT is better known for they're boxes. The made the first "wave" or "maze" box. I had one of they're boxes for three and it absoulutly pounded in my lexus. I hit 140.1 spl at the little Iasca event they had at my local shop. The box is huge though. I think there's another pic or two of the subs in my library.



Stone- I'm trying to get it in asap. I miss the bass sooo much. The only thing left to complete the puzzle is the JD box.



Ian- I don't store anything but a jack and the necessary roadside tools. Try to keep the truck as cleaned out as possible. If needed I just throw stuff in the bed, I've got a tonnau (sp?) cover.
