Starting problem

My 2001 Sport Track has an intermittent starting problem. It will start, run rough, then die (not every start). I can hold the gas pedal down slightly and it will start, run rough, and eventually stay staryed. Most of the time (90%), it starts with no problem. I have replaced the air filter, cleaned the MAF, cleaned the throttle body, and replaced the IAC motor. Any other suggestions?

Fuel filter or fuel pump. I would change the fuel filter first...

The infamous cracked vacuum hose. Search for it, as it's been the cause of many a problem such as yours. I don't have the link right now though..
