Tach troubble

I am experinceing a disturbing intermittent fluctioation in my tach recently. I only occours at hwy cruseing at 55 to 70 mph with cruse on. It dosent occour in town, rual or at idle just hwy so far. any clues at to things for me to check , connections loose or tightening of any thing? all ideas are welcome. No there is no power, shudder or any other symptom to indicate that this is anything else than an instrumentation problem.

Walter you could tap the top of the dash to check a loose connection in there, you can also move the main computer harness under the hood and where the plugs go into the coil pack..
