Todd,
A couple of questions about the survey.
At this point it appears that most people prefer Louisville, KY as the site for the 2006 National Meet. I think it would have been more usefull to ask a question "Check if you would be willing to attend if the meet was held at ????" for each location? Then ask the same question for each of the three dates. That would allow for multiple answers
Even though their preference may have been for one of the sites, many people would still be willing to drive to attend the meet regardless of the site selected, while others will only be willing to attend one or two of the locations. The same applies to the dates. Some could make it to the meet regardless of the date selected, but others may not.
Someone in Florida would be willing to attend the meet if it was in Georgia or Louisville, but not willing to drive to Dearborn, while someone in Ohio might be willing to drive to Dearborn or Louisville, but not all the way to Georgia.
Also, If Ford selects the Louisville site is, Ford has always wanted to schedule the the meet on the third weekend in June is because of LAP operations. So, if Ford selects Louisville because that is what most members have chosen, they may not get the expected turn out because the June 16-17 is the least preferred date??
I'm not knocking your efforts in trying to organize the the 2006 National Meet, however I don't think the 2 questions on the survey provides enough information to get the optimum mix of potential attendees at each location on each date.
