Old Guy, I agree with you 100%. I had read an article somewhere that was

titled "The Dumbing-Down of America", and it referred exactly to what you were

saying about the colledges and universities lowering their entrance scores

and requirements just to be able to fill their government mandated quotas

of minority enrollment/acceptance. When I was growing up, if you were lazy

or did something stupid, you were told just that, and not too much worry about

getting your feelings hurt! You picked yourself up, learned from your mistakes,

and went on to do better next time. Now they send the child to a Psychiatrist

or Psychologist to tell them that they should feel good about themselves,

and that stupid is o.k., that's what makes you different and unique!!!

What a LOAD of hogwash! And some people still wonder what is going wrong

with our country!?
