Lol I live and work in the area that he was raised in and went to high school. The whole lot of Vicks are bums. Thugs who had the fortune of being skilled at football. I've met the guy a couple times and he is odd guy. It just seems he wasn't able to remove himself from the Bad News (the part of Newport News where hes from). I remember when Sports figures were role models. Guys like Roberto Clemente, Johnny Bench, Rodger Staubach and Tom Landry. Of course back then we did have the Oakland Raiders, but they were not the norm. Now the biggest stars are criminals. The Commisioners need to put a stop to this. Only a kid would be that stupid. of course, there will still be a QB job for him when he gets out. Some team (Raiders) will need a QB around that time.
