Tinted Corners and Lights?

Are there any corners and headlights that have a bit of a tint to them? I saw a black truck today that had semi dark headlights, taillights and corners and it looked really sharp. Something like that exist for the ST? A forum search for "Tinted Corners" didnt get me much...



P.S. Are they illegal?
