Tinting Front Windows

well i got my windows tinted.



i found a guy who carried 30% and would do them for 40 bucks. a deal right there.



turns out he only had 35 and 20 percent. he held them out and 35 just seemed to light.

i chose to go with 20 %.



the tint he used was called MaxPro. he said it was a scattered metal or full metal.

he said the front windows wold meter darker than that back factory 20 due to the fact that the front have the solar tint of 75%.



but to our eye its an even match if not the front ones seem slightly lighter due to the immense amount of light transmission through the front wndshield

Come to Wisconsin with that tint and you'd make the cops very happy.

I have a tint exemption from the state.

Inquiring minds would like to know, if you don't mind saying, how does that exemption work?

Hugh, my ophthalmologist filled out a form for the state, saying that I'm extremely photosensitive in both eyes. They signed and stamped the exemption form and sent it back to me, where it lives safe and sound, laminated, in my glove box.
