can the top rails or bars or whatever you wanna call them be removed off the sport trac???think it would look so much better

Yes several members have done this...
There are 2 projects in the projects section on how to cap the bolt holes.... They have to be sealed so water doesn't get in..

ah thanks.. jus took rough pics of the black headlights and tail lights and was thinking bout doing it real fast before it got dark so i posted it real quick.. thanks for reply think it gonna look sweet

Sure can, just gotta find a way to hide the screws and rivnuts. I beleive there is a project for this, but I also heard that some people have just found alternative screws to go inside to make it look a little better.
I have mine removed, just havent done anything with the screws yet, this summer I will close up the holes and paint.
