Unless you're running an aftermarket chip or flashed the computer... Regular is what you should use on your ST.

DJ, 87 octane is what the OEM computer chip is set for running, and what the manual (somebody read it? Oh my...) says to use.

I tested the Tornado on a dyno in my '99 Explorer 4.0 SOHC.



The results with and w/o the Tornado were virtually the same.
