Touching up exterior paint

Okay, before I begin detailing my Trac I want to touch up paint nicks and my recently scratched bumper. What products do you folks recommend? The bumper is scratched down to cladding so I guess I need to fill that up with bondo(?) and then wet sand it?? As for the other scratches, they're just minor ones from normal wear and tear; small pits that appear as white spots on my D. Blue Pearl exterior. I suppose I can just dab some paint in these, but what about clear coat? Again, please give me suggestions on products and technique.

I have a guy that airbrushes the nicks in.

I had thought about this because of the paint primer problem I have, but never purchased it thinking it might only be temporary...

I've used the Dr. ColorChip on small spots and it works well...
