Trailer mirrors

Anyone find any towing mirrors yet that fit a Gen 2? Been using some Wal-Mart crap that blow off when you pass a truck. So far I have tried dozens but none fit.

never had any need for those but I don't tow a big trailer, what size do you tow??

Check out e-trailer.com. I have the slip on type (CTM2200A) and they work great.

I usually don't run mirrors unless I go on the interstate... My mirrors that strap on vibrate too much at speed... I have to add an additional small bungee to keep them from being sucked off, too..



Normc, how are those at speed, vibration wise?

I used to have mirrors that attached to the doors. They would clip into the bottom of the window frame, then an adjustable strap would run down to the bottom of the door and clip down there.



Worked great but I gave them to my friend.



I don't use mirrors when I tow.

On my 2010 I have used a CIPA brand set called: TEMPORARY DOOR MOUNT TOWING MIRRORS. Bought them from J.C. Whitney for $55. Work fine with not too much vibration.

I tow a 21' trailer so I need mirrors, no way to see whats happening behind or to back up. Plus it is a $150 touch when you get stopped for not having mirrors here.
