trans cooler upgrade

i own a 03 sportrac 4x4, with a 4.0 stock, i just bought a 21 foot pontoon and was thinking about upgrading the trans cooler to a larger one. does anyone have any recommendations of a good one, priced right?

Most just add an additional trans cooler in series with the existing one rather than replacing it. Search this site and you will find several who did that.

I did what Uncle_Bob suggested and it dropped the tranny towing temps by about 20 degrees. I had it installed by a local tranny shop for $150. Took them about 2 hours.

B&M SuperCooler 70266 (Long 11"x8") external cooler replacing the factory one (lower mount tore loose). Replumbing with an external filter, T-Stat and -6AN hoses. Pure overkill...
