Hello-

I noticed Tranny fluid leaking from below the passenger side of the radiator, on my 2002. ST.

I removed the plastic cover, tightened the 2 hose clamps .

I looks like it is dripping down from above these 2 hoses.

Are there any other connections I should check?

or

Does this mean that a line inside the cooler?

Any help with a solution would be great.

Also, I seem to remember a TSB for something like this???

A TSB will do nothing regarding your issue. Is it leafing from the radiator or the cooler in front of it?

I found I had to tighten the living sh!t out of those clamps before they stopped leaking. I'm talking rachet and socket tightening.

OK ----

It looks like I located the leak.

I cleaned everything off and watched, one of the Tranny oil cooloing lines slowly started to get wet.

The leak is at one of the bends, on the lower line.

Does anyone have the P/N of this line or a diagram of this assembly??

Thank you very much.

Jim

Cut the bend out. 2 ways to fix it. if there is room and can be pulled together. Use a brass ferrule type fitting L or straight. what ever works. Or get a piece of hose for trans fliud. double clamp it on both ends. Both will be cheaper than a new line and will hold permantly.

Any auto parts or some hardwares.

certain Eddis repair would work, but ck with the dealer on the price of a new line compleate.

If not over the top thats a better way, JMO

It's one one the metal lines (lower one) , not the flex hosing.

It would be cool to figure out the P/N , so I can track one down locally.

Thanks for all the help.
