I have a 2005 sport trac and installing a TT shackle lift and wanting to put 265/75R16 BF Goodrich AT tires on it. Will this fit and will I be able to have the alignment corrected without having the tires get shredded on the way to new York from Florida?

Definitely get the alignment done before that long of a trip.

That will fit but you may get a little bit of rubbing on the tupperware and you will most likely have a slight rub on the sway bar.

No major problems. I'd cut the plastic away, though. None of it should be cosmetic. Cutting may not even be necessary, though. Rubbing on the sway bar will be slight and nothing really to worry about.

mine rub the sway bar just enough to they rub no cutting may be a spacer of 3/8 is the advice i have heard from other members

I did a TT & shackles on my old '05 with 265/75-16 tires. The fronts rubbed the swaybar a little bit and the rears rubbed the inner fender a little bit but not enough that I ever noticed or felt it. I never got spacers and it was fine. Definitely get an alignment and new shocks if you haven't replaced them already.
