Understanding Wheel Offset

I recently did a TT/shackle lift and put on some 265/75/16 tires. I already knew that while steering at full lock there maybe some rubbing and there is some. I was told that I could buy wheels that have an offset that would move the tires out a little bit away from the truck. How would I know what wheels have this type of offset? I just want a set of black plain wheels, nothing special.

I'm look at some wheels buy pro comp but no offset is mentioned, they only mention back space, the ones I was looking at say 4.25" back space.
