Anyone have any advice on replacing upper ball joints and inner tie rod ends on '01 4X4 ST. 171K miles. Both lower ball joints failed at 38K. Replaced outer tie rod ends last week. I'm looking for brand recommendations and install tips. I see nothing projects section.
I was going to put the 2 piece arrangement back in on the passenger side.
Any tips on getting the alignment nice and close for the drive to the alignment shop? Can a carpenter's level be used for a temporary alignment? My tires are less than a year old and I don't want to damage them.
