It's 11:15 AM on Thursday (04/08) PST when I wrote this post. I JUST saw an ad on local CL of someone selling Tonneau Cover for 2008 ST. Will this fit my 2001 ST? I need to know ASAP and need to act soon.

You need one for a 2001-2005.

That's cool Mookie. I'm up for it!! The other day I was looking to the CA bound member list and thinking of e-mailing each one of em for some local meet ups. Let's get this going. I've organized some Photography Workshops before back when I was living in East Coast (I'm a serious Photographer by weekend). And just recently organized a reunion down in Laguna Hills with people coming all the way from Canada, upstate New York, Florida, New Orleans, Texas and else.
