I called Eric this morning for a couple of brake parts. He had them in stock, and I picked them up at lunchtime. When I got there, the parts were waiting for me. Great service and the discount made it worth the trip.

I recently bought a locking gas cap from them (great price too). Whoever picked the part accidently transposed the part number (easy mistake to make) and I received the wrong item by mistake. When I called to tell them, they apologized immediately and sent the correct part out 2nd Day Air (their decision, not mine). They are sending an RA so I can send back the wrong item with no hassle and no cost to me.



Will very likely order from tham again.

Just ordered a hithc and roof rack bars from Eric, great service and conversation too. Wish I had have remembered the locking gas cap. Dang.
