Water Heater leaking...

Gavin, mine is in the garage. Mounted more than 2 foot from the floor. Fuel vapors stay low. Unless you have a massive leak. I have a single garage. Since I sold my 'stang. It is now my work shop.Any case many cars have used the garage. Never had a fire.

I store flamables in my yard shed. Including 30gal of gas during hurricane season. I have my house wired with a 6500w generator. Powers all but central air and the oven. I do have a small window unit for one room. Looking to upgrade generator size and tap into natural gas line. I use the fuel in the trac after huricane season.:back2topic:

Well, looks like its gonna be about $550 for a 12-year 50 gal heater.



I'll pick one up and install it this weekend. Not leaking right now, but still wet inside the little trap door where you light the pilot light...
