I washed up my '03 Adrenaline last night and noticed severe deterioration of the weatherstripping for the driver's door. The weatherstripping on the latch side, for about a 12" section is severely ragged and worn looking, like it was subject to extreme abrasion or something. I thought that maybe my ass was rubbing on the weatherstipping when I get in and out, but there is no way that it will touch due to being protected/recessed between the corners of the door frame. The mating surface on the door is smooth and looks fine.
Anyone else have this problem?
Think Ford will warranty it?

My 01 ST had the same problem. I ordered a new weather strip from my local Ford dealer for about $35.00 and changed it myself in about 15 min.
