Well I finally picked up my amp on Thursday last week. Bought an Alpine MRP-F300 4 channel amp. Since I never use my front /rear fader I just wired all 4 door speakers to 2 channels. Then bridged channels 3 and 4 together for my 2 subs wired them in parallel.

I have my gains turned way down, but this thing sounds incredible. I would have never thought 2 8's would "hit" that hard!!! I am going to get some dynamat today to put on the plastic covering, and the doors to keep them from rattling so much. Still have some work to do to make it a super clean install.

But I just wanted to say thanks for all the ideas in my other posts asking what I should do.

Chad don't Dynamat your plastic. I'll be a waste. Do the sheet metal. On areas that i found sattling from the plastic i took pieces of carpet (speaker box style without the backing) and used that as a cushion. Putting Dynamat on plastic is a waste of $$$...
