The pics do not do this thing justice. It really is a great looking truck. I got to talk to owner for a while and he has really put alot of time into this truck. He said that he was going for the little F150 dually look. The thing I like the most is, The truck is total custom job. But, the only aftermarket parts are the Cali Mirrors and Billet grill. Everything else is OEM Ford, right down to the rims. They are the stock Ranger rims with the holes filled in and then painted for the smoothie look.

Let me know what ya think,

P.S. I gave the owner the web site address so he'll get to read your comments.

Hmmmm...I like it, even the green color. This is about only the 3rd, maybe 4th Ranger I've seen with the Flareside fenders grafted onto a Styleside bed...and with the wider axle, it looks really good.

I'm curious as to hom much work it took to fit the ST nose...that something that I might want to do to my own Ranger, although I'd have to section it so the bottom of the ST nose lines up with the bottom of the Ranger body...woudl give me a chance to get rid of that body line too, hmmmmm

Great job! Personally, I would have used the newer dashboard. Looks cleaner then the old dash.

I really like the fender flares. Great to add larger tires and put a supercharged 302 under the hood and he would be set.

I do not like the mirrors though. Too small and doesn't really flow with the lines on the truck.

What do you get? I'd say you get something with a reconstructed title.

Seriously, looks good to me except for the black wheels.

I like it, but I would have chosen a different color set, just my opinion.

And Larry, I've been thinking also on how would you fit a ranger headlight on the ST...

Fer and/or Larry,

I've got my old Ranger headlights (same as the ones in the pic) that yall could use as mock ups to figure out how to mount Ranger headlights on the ST. You'll probably need a Ranger header panel, and if you decide to use Ranger corner lights...you'll also need to do a fender graft. I'm not sure of the dimension comparision of Ranger lights and the ST, but it looks like the Ranger headlight is thinner, and possibly shorter...so you'd more then likely have to also narrow, or widen, the grille area to make up the difference in size.

Tiger,

I'm tempted, but I'm not sure I have the skills to attempt it, and if for some reason I screw it, my wife will kick me before I can say "What the?".

I was thinking that the corners definitely need to be changed/removed, and I was wondering about the housing... And I would not want to mess with the grille area... Perhaps someone more valient and with the correct expertise/tools... Thank you for the offer

The owner told me that a stout 302 V8 conversion is the next mod coming for this truck. As for the headlights, he said that was the worst of all the mods. The headlights are a different angle, they are bit shorter and the markers a bit off in shape at eh fender. The inside angle where the light meets the grill is different too. The fenders had to reworked and trimed, the ST mask had to be modified, and the header panel is a combination of the original, new Ranger, and new ST all worked together. As for the interior, he told me that he can do the body work just fine but he can't do wiring that well, so that probly explains why he didn't go with the new dash. I'll update you guys with more if I happen to meet up with him again.

P.S. Call me what ya will but, I like the color set up. Like I said before, the pictures don't do this truck justice.
