What is under the ford oval logo

What is under the factory logo? Has anyone tried to remore just the blue part of the logo? does it still say "Ford"?

It ends up being kinda chrome, if I remember correctly. Some members have removed the blue part, but I can't think of who right off hand. I'm sure someone will chime in with a pic.

You boil it in water, then peel it off. Paint it what you like after waxing chrome letters and oval line, take paint off the sections you waxed, then finish off with clear epoxy.

I peeled mine off and this was under it.

We just thought we were driving an American made vehicle.

WOW! Chops that is a sweet looking setup you have w/the exhaust tips coming out of your bumper, and from what I can see, if it isn't painted black its chromed. Very sharp indeed!!:wub:

When I took mine off it said "Kia". :wacko: Naturally, I quickly put the Ford Oval back on and it actually ran better. :lol:
