where to get add-a-leafs for our ST??

Ordered the 3" spindles from suspensionmax (299.95 delivered) But now will need some help finding the correct add a leaf

Any ideas?

found some pro-comp for like 30 bucks & found fabtech for 54 Any big differences?

I know the toikio fellers make one but it may just be to replace for ride, not lift.
