wifes 01 saturn L300 MAFS cel code.

just got back from autozone. he said it was the MAFS. to replace is 120 plus core of 45

is it possible to just clean the MAFS or do i need to replace.

Please help

You can clean the connections, and the sensor, doesn't hurt to try....

CRC..makes a cleaner now specificaly for cleaning MAF sensors...saw the ad in this months PM mag...
