This after I overheard a guy at Toys R' Us claiming he didn't think he wanted it because he would tire while playing it.
 
I play at my neighbor's house every week or so and yes, the first couple of times I played, I played WAY too much because it was just so freaking cool. Oh yeah, and I was extremely sore for a few days. Now, I play in moderation and the "newness" has worn off so I play in moderation.



it's still a BLAST though.
 
My wife is adamently against our kids having video games in the house when they get old enough for that, primarily because of the "sit and veg" factor. Which makes me especially glad to see a system like this come out--it might just be the compromise they'll need to make her see the light. :)

I think so. At least when I told my father I hate sports, he took me out to play them. Turns out I just hated to watch them on TV.



I'm afraid the future response will be "that's cause Sega makes the worst games, try playing Madden 2010".

Did anyone read about the radio show that had the listeners hold there WEE for a Wii?? And the runner up died of Water poisoning...... She drank 2 gallons of water... and dies 5 hours after the show ended...



YIKES!



Is a Wii really worth that?
