will my current bed cage and tonneau cover fit 07 ST?

I doubt it. If you look at pictures, the tonneau covers are totally different. And, I believe the bed dimensions are different between the first and second generation ST's.

No, I don't think the old tonneau covers will fit the new 2007 Sport Trac. I don't know the exact measurements but the new ST is about 2 inches wider, and the bed is several inches longer as well.
The good news is that all the preliminary information I have received about the 2007 Sport Trac tonneau cover indicates that my EZLift tonneau lift kits will fit without any alterations.
And Ford has still not added any tonneau lift/support the their list of options.
