It sounds pretty cool, 25 gigs of space, and I have so many pcs that I use that I can't be centered around one, but it only lets you upload 5 files @ a time through the web interface, so I downloaded a freeware program to let me use it like a mounted drive...which it largely does, only it is SLOOOOW.
25 megs of pictures takes over 7 minutes to upload. Now maybe being on a public wifi zone factors in, as well as being on battery power on a netbook, however I was getting over 1000 KB/sec download speeds under the same scenario yesterday...
So does anyone else use skydrive, and is it this slow for you? Just to upload the pics from one sd card will take many painstaking hours like this (as you have to create folders by hand, sadly), making this useless for "cloud computing".
