WTB: APC Carbon Fiber Tail Lights

I'm wanting to buy a pair of APC Carbon Fiber Tail Lights. I've been looking on eBay and I've spotted a few, but they won't ship to me because I live on a military installation. I don't understand why they won't, I get items shipped to me all the time with no problems. I can receive UPS and FedEx just like anyone else. If anyone has a set they would like to get rid of, just shoot me an email with the price and if you could also show a photo that would be much appreciated.
