Heard on the news this morning that Las Vegas has 8" of snow, and closed the airport for lack of snow removal equipment. :wacko:

I live down the road 90 miles from there and it's all over the news. The airport was closed yesterday, no snow plows or de-icing equipment. Those people don't know how to drive in the rain much less in the snow. The city owns no snow removal equipment. It's been an adventure for them and I'm glad I didn't have a reason to be there.
We've had 3 days of snow/rain/sleet and I'm loving every minute of it. Of course I only have to deal with it every couple of years so enjoying it is still an option. The sun it supposed to pop out again tomorrow and then it'll probably be another 3 or 4 months before we see a good amount of rain again.
