just pulled both fuses, waited a few minutes (don't know if that matters), and put them back in. I could hear it working when I put them back in, but it still won't eject the cd.

Art, the Reese Towpower part number on mine is 33020. If you search on the website for the one for the ST you'll notice the part number is the same. Also it says the pics on there are for reference only, and to the left of the part number is says "Professional Receiver - Round Tube."...

Stone, Personally, I don't like Norton. I use a free antivirus called AVG. It's highly recommended in the computer world, considered one of the best, and it's free!! Also run Lavasoft's Ad Aware to clear off spyware and adware, and see if that helps.

Mine was covered once under warranty... that was only 2,000 miles ago so I don't know if this one will hold up any better. But yeah, they replaced my whole wheel (not just the leather)....

spray some brake parts cleaner on a rag and use the rag to grip the filter... the brake parts claner cuts through the oil. Then it's all up to your strength:D
