Thanks everyone for the info. Flushed the system, refilled, etc. Let it warm for about a 1/2 hour and then drove about 10 miles roundtrip. Stayed at dead center on temp gauge and never budged. When I got back released the vent on the Rad cap and that was when I could hear the hiss and see...

Well....since my last post I have tested the the front and rear switch connectors. I do have power going to the back window and all the other windows work from both the master and their own door switches. I replaced the master switch and that didnt help. I can hear a clicking in the motor...
