The shop looked at the A/C Friday. They said the evaporator was leaking but that it was under the hood not behind the dash! New to me under the hood but why would he want $400. labor for the job? Has anybody done this? It's hot over here! thanks Ed

You could try priming the oil system on start up. ( full throttle, the car will not start, crank until the oil pressure is up, get off the throttle and it will start normally). I have been doing this for the past 20K miles or so and so far it is holding together. God Bless Ed

Since you replaced the radiator, it may be transmission fluid.

John, there is a rev limiter for park and neutral so the young folks don't rev it and then drop into gear. I don't know what RPM it is set to but I remember when I first bought the truck that it would stumble in neutral. Maybe bigger wrenches can offer better advice. God bless Ed
