Little ticking noise

I have one little ticking noise when I am just stay one red light, not when I am driving..
Listen to the attachment.. it's comes from the right inner site, so i think is bank1? or maybe lifters?

Have you tried listening under the hood? "sounds as though something is bumping against a plastic part.
