Where would the refill plug be? I haven’t found it but wanted to do it for a while now.

Anyone know what size that hose is? I’ve learned it’s a pressure vent to nowhere. So it just needs replacing I assume.

Upon inspection of the leaking fluid I’m pretty certain it’s diff fluid. It looks like maybe that hose is cracked. Can’t figure out where it’s running to though.

Now it’s working fine. A little confused. Maybe the time in storage did something to it that needed to be undone by riding around with it on or something? I don’t know. If it works I’m not complaining. Lol.

What’s the fix for that if it is the problem? I put the new one on and it’s still squeaking intermittently on start up. How would I go about searching for that?

I’ve seen several threads here and elsewhere about the hard tonneau cover on these things failing to unlock but I couldn’t find any about it not locking. I had it in storage for about six months and put it back on because I want to start carrying some expensive tools in the bed and it won’t lock...

I should mention I looked for gator backs by Goodyear and can’t find anything to fit mine. Also, what’s the proper length of the belt for the 4.0 SOHC?

My 05 XLT is squeaking upon start up but will go away after giving it some throttle and warming it up. I recently replace the tensioner, idler pulley, and the belt (Dayco Premium) and it’s still squeaking. Can’t pinpoint it to anything in particular so I’m assuming it’s just the belt is noisy...

I replaced the actuator and it works like a charm! Went ahead and replaced both front doors and got new clips for the door panel to snap on. Aside from having to buy a punch for the rivets and figuring out how to mount the new one it was a pretty easy job.

Just saw this thread and I’m having the same problem on my 05 but on the driver door. It was intermittent at first and would lock halfway but not actually lock. Now it won’t even try to lock or unlock.When I put the key in and turn it it will slip and won’t lock or unlock on occasion. Thoughts...
