First I had it grounded to the wiring harness, I thought that may have been the problem, so I grounded it to the chasis on the car, nothing changed. I'm about to go test out your suggestions now!

Soooo... I moved the speaker wiring inputs on the amp, (FL is now FR), and now the noise is on the right. What does that mean? I also switched around the RCAs to see if it was the cable making the noise, and the buzzing always came out of the same speaker.

Yeah it is an aftermarket. There is a little red light with a button on the back for my alarm, and I thought it was always blinked before but now it's not. I tried holding in the button but that didn't do anything.

Whenever I reconnect the terminals, my alarm goes off, and i just heard a fast clicking noise for about 10 seconds last time I did it.
