My ST is equipped with DATC. The A/C-Heater fan runs at high regardless of the setting. I can press the hi/low fan switch and see the graph go up and down but the fan remains at high.

Also, I can change airflow settings, i.e. 'Floor Vents', 'Dash Vents' etc. and again, the fan stays on high. I suspect a computer glitch rather than a fan switch problem. Ideas?

Also, unrelated issue but may also be a computer glitch... The Subwoofer has stopped working.

I was going to suggest checking for a shorted/burned up blower speed resistor, but I bet our trucks with DATC don't have these. Seems there are a lot more speeds than just three or four, so I bet fan speed is electronically controlled by a HVAC control module of some sort.

Disconnect a battery cable for 10 minutes or so to reboot everything?

Someone with more knowledge will be along to reply soon.

Check for a blown fuse for the subwoofer?

Hey Gavin, The reboot is a good suggestion. Thanks!!

I'll try it and report back. If anyone else has a suggestion, please feel free.

Thanks, DD
