This is my 2004 Sport Trac, with around 115,00 miles. It has aftermarket torsion keys, shackles, 4 in. Ford Ranger spindles, and a 2 in. add-a-leaf.The wheels are a 15x12 Street Lite by Billet Specialties wrapped in a 35x13.50 Atturo Trail blade boss. On the interior I have swapped in a console from a Mercury Mountaineer in order to replace the infamous “ bag “ center console. As for the headlights they are stock since there is virtually no aftermarket support for the Sport Trac nowadays yet I have added LED strips and painted over the amber in order to give it a cleaner look. There’s probably some things i’m looking over, so if you’re interested in anything about the build just let me know!

Thanks man! The add-a-leafs are from Suspension Specialists and were included with the 4” spindles. The torsion keys I believe are 3” yet I am unsure of the brand. There are plenty of them floating around on eBay though.

Looks good. I believe they have the extended axles for the front now if you need them. But im sure you got that figured out.

you do any trimming to get the 35 to not rub while turning, i could only do 33s, tried 35s but just to much.

I did a fair amount of trimming on the front cab corners and front bumper to fit them but I believe you could get away with less trimming with a wheel with a less aggressive offset.

33 x 12.5 is what i could fit but wanted 35s, your truck came out nice. are ya running spacers or just with off set on wheels, how does it run down the road? that was my other issue was getting a very aggressive tire and trying to balance a smooth ride, i have tried so many sets.

I am running a 1.5 inch spacer in the rear in order to even the rear out to the front since the 4 inch spindles push the front wheels out 1.5 inches. They actually ride surprisingly smooth at highway speeds and normal cruising, yet you can feel the aggressive lugs of the tires rumble at around 5-10 mph.
